Arizona Trust Deed Form

The Arizona trust deed is used by a lender holding a mortgage on the property to indicate his interest in that property if the person borrowing the money fails to pay the mortgage as agreed. If the borrower doesn’t keep his end of the bargain, the lender can make moves to secure their interest with the property’s trust deed as evidence. Writing A Trust Deed

  1. Indicate who the trust deed will be returned to after it’s recorded in the top section.

  2. Enter the date of the deed.

  3. In the area labeled “Section B,”  fill in the name and address of the borrower.

  4. In the section labeled “ Section C,” enter the lender’s name, state of incorporation, and mailing address.

  5. Fill in the Trustees name and address in the section labeled “Section D.”

  6. Enter the notes date, amount, and due date.

  7. In section H, check any riders that are to be executed by the borrower.

  8. Fill in the recording jurisdiction, the property’s address, and its legal description.

  9. The document should be signed and dated by the borrower before a witness, after which the lender will have to file the original deed with the county recorder.
