An FBI criminal background check form also called 'Form 1-783', permits a person to get an authentication of their criminal history. This is normal for government occupations, arrangements, and other relevant activities. The candidate should fill in Form 1-783 and bring 2 duplicates of Form FD-258 to a registered fingerprint capture area.

Stage 3 - Send the Application
If you couldn't use a LiveScan Location, then you should mail your application to the FBI via the United States Postal Service.
