When there has been a sale, purchase, and transfer of ownership of a vessel, vehicle, guns, or other personal properties, a New Hampshire bill of sale form is drawn. This document usually contains information about the person buying, the person selling, and the object of sale; the individuals involved in this transaction are required to imprint their signature on the document as well.
Bill of Sale For Vessel – When there has been a sales transaction involving a boat, this bill of sale form is drawn.
General Bill of Sale – When there has been a sales transaction involving the buying and selling of private properties, this bill of sale form is drawn.
Bill of Sale For Firearms – When there has been a sales transaction (buying and selling) involving guns, this bill of sale form is drawn.
Bill of Sale For Motor Vehicle – When there has been a sales transaction involving the buying and selling of a vehicle, this bill of sale form is drawn.
A proof of purchase (which is a Bill of Sale in this case);
A mileage Declaration form (also known as an Odometer Disclosure Statement (Form TDMV 12));
Document showing title of vehicle (In cases where the original document is unavailable, a duplicate title is to be applied for via the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles Website);
A permit to drive that is acknowledged and accepted is New Hampshire;
In cases where someone else is carrying out the registration of the motor vehicle in place of the original owner, a New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Power of Attorney is required to be submitted alongside other documents;
Cost of registration as provided for in Chapter 261:153 of the certificates of title and registration of vehicles;
Other payments as provided for in Chapter 261:141 of the certificates of title and registration of vehicles;
There is no provision stating requirements for documents showing that the vehicle is insured in this state;
Proof of purchase (which is a Bill of Sale in this case);
A form showing application for your vessel to be registered;
The cost of registration is to be paid; and
If the vessel was crafted at home, a document showing that the boat has been authenticated is required.
